Exhibitor Space – Includes a table located in a high traffic area which contains food tables for our continental breakfast, lunch and breaks, and is where the Keynote and lectures are held. Our evening social event will also be held in this area. A power supply is available upon request.
Recognition on the IAETP Sponsors Page – Company logo (if provided) will be displayed on our website.
PowerPoint slide show – Slide show will play during our continental breakfast, lunch, breaks, and evening social. (please NO animations)
Complimentary meals and workshop seating – Meals for the attendees will be provided throughout the conference. All workshop seating is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Brief introduction and recognition during the evening social – Sponsors will be recognized throughout the conference.
One-hour agenda session – Sponsors will be given a 50-60 minute session in which they may present a lecture. IAETP recommends the session be informational and not a “sales pitch”.
One-hour agenda workshop session – Sponsors will be given a 50-60 minute session in which they may present a workshop. (All computers and software MUST be provided by the Sponsor.) Power supplies are available upon request. IAETP recommends the workshop session be informational and not a “sales pitch”.
Participation in the giving away of door prizes – During the evening social, Sponsors may collect business cards from attendees. A business card will pulled from the collection, and the sponsor will present their door prize to the attendee. IAETP will provide the container. After the drawing, Sponsors may retain the business cards they’ve collected. Sponsors will provide their own door prizes.
